The Melbourne Knife Show has been one of the premier events for the Australian knife making community and its followers for over twenty years. Previously this show has been aimed at showcasing knives made by Guild members exclusively. However this year there will be two changes to the format to cater for a changes in the knife making landscape. Firstly, The Melbourne Knife Show will be held at a different venue, (details below). Secondly, it will now include tables showing knives by non-members. In line with tradition, all knives displayed are made by the maker sitting behind the table. There are no production or factory outlets. 

Another change that should be noted by all members, whether you’re coming to the show or not. The Guild AGM will not follow on after the Saturday of the show. It is now set to be held as an online event scheduled for May 18th, 5pm EST. Further details for this event will be sent out as an email or by post. Please consider joining the committee, your help in running the show is much needed.
